Ascot Full Renovation
A fully renovated property in Ascot built to an exceptionally high standard. With no cost being spared on this project, a complete Lutron lighting system with elegant wall switches and an on-wall 10 inch Control4 touchscreen control the elegant designer light fittings throughout the property.
The main kitchen area is the ideal space for hosting guests – a large TV accompanied by a sound bar and ceiling speakers powered by a rack mounted Triad AVR meaning a complete cable free area. Due to the solid nature of the build, Wi-FI is distributed throughout the house via discreet on ceiling wireless access points ensuring each room is able to connect to the internet with ease.
Complete with a Blustream video distribution system, each room is able to enjoy a 4k viewing experience via the in room, multi-functional Control4 SR260 remote controls.
The second phase of this project is to soon return to install the high resolution multi zone audio system to this stunning house.
Just wanted to say a quick thank you to Stephen and Toby for all their hard work in getting our Control4 system up and running smoothly. We are so pleased with how everything now looks so neat and tidy. Also, Stephen was very patient with me asking stupid questions!
