The work has really added on some significant improvements to the C4 system from a user point of view - so we're really pleased with what we're now able to do and achieve with the automation having done this piece of work.   • Great service, honest advice, nice people to do business with.

    I had serious problems with my in-house sound system just prior to the Christmas shutdown.
    I found Pro Media Solutions online and although they hadn't installed my system or dealt with me before, their customer service, help and knowledge were exemplary. A special mention for Sarah in the office and the engineer for firstly squeezing in a site visit in their very busy schedule (before the holidays), but also getting me up and running in time for the season's festivities (critical when you have a number of social gatherings organised).

    If that's not enough, their pricing was very reasonable and there was never any attempt to capitalise on my desperate situation by trying to sell me 'stuff' that may not have been totally necessary. Nice people, impartial and extensive knowledge, great service. Absolutely recommend.
