  • I am absolutely in love with the work that Pro Media has done for us. Our new 'smart home' is wonderful - and the products/design/ideas that they provided are amazing and have exceeded expectations.     We had a very stressful rebuild of our house and were trying to manage so many different moving parts. I'd never had a smart home before so this was all new to me. Pro Media managed this exceptionally well for me, and helped provide some fantastic products (and I was a demanding customer who had lots of ideas, but had no idea how to implement!).

    They set up the AV, blinds, heating, smoke alarms, front door, smart doorbell, cameras, tonnes of programming (incl with my old analogue hi-fi), wi-fi security and coverage.. and everything is running smoothly.

    I had serious problems with my in-house sound system just prior to the Christmas shutdown.
    I found Pro Media Solutions online and although they hadn't installed my system or dealt with me before, their customer service, help and knowledge were exemplary. A special mention for Sarah in the office and the engineer for firstly squeezing in a site visit in their very busy schedule (before the holidays), but also getting me up and running in time for the season's festivities (critical when you have a number of social gatherings organised).

    If that's not enough, their pricing was very reasonable and there was never any attempt to capitalise on my desperate situation by trying to sell me 'stuff' that may not have been totally necessary. Nice people, impartial and extensive knowledge, great service. Absolutely recommend.
