I have been a customer of Promedia since 2017 after being first introduced to them by Richard at Seriously Cinema and have always found them highly professional. They assisted me through a complex renovation and cinema / smart home installation and did a fantastic job, helping us achieve results on the budget we had. Simon and the team have always responded quickly whenever ive had an issue and helped me to resolve it promptly. I've been so impressed by the system & Promedia, that I have significantly expanded our system with them since the original install. I can't recommend Promedia more highly - if you are considering expanding or installing a home cinema/smart home system then this is the team to help you do it. Highly recommeded!

I had an existing cinema room and multiscreen system run from 2 racks in separate parts of the house that was a bit of a mess in terms of cabling and quite 'clunky' to use. Pro Media Solutions came in and simplified everything and installed Control 4 which meant I didn't need multiple handsets. Their approach was very professional and courteous, they spoke a language that even a technophobe like me could understand. There were a couple of teething problems at the begining which they were very quick to resolve and nothing was too much trouble. Overall a great company to deal with, they come with great products and fantastic knowledge and I would not hesitate to use/recommend them in the future.

Recently I had Pro Media Solutions install a new WiFi system in my home, and I exceptionally happy with the results. The whole engagement has been very professional.The technicians took the time to understand my needs and in response they provided a tailored solution that has exceeded my expectations.The WiFi coverage is absolutely fantastic! I now enjoy full bandwidth speed in every area of my home and the best part is that I have seamless connectivity in my garden as well.This has made working from home and streaming outside much easier. This was the main reason to invest in upgrading my network and WiFi distribution.I highly recommend Pro Media for anyone looking to enhance their home network and WiFi experience. Their knowledge of the latest WiFi technologies is the reason I chose them.I have other projects coming up in the smart home area which I am sure to utilise them again.

I used Pro Media services to assist in enhancing the system I already have at home.I am very technically minded with smart home equipment and confident with the set up I have. However I was so busy work wise I approached Pro Media to assist with upgrading the set up I have.Even though the job was relatively small and not much equipment was needed, I still appreciated the focus and professionalism Pro Media provided. Exceptional customer service - and amazing products!I am absolutely in love with the work that Pro Media has done for us. Our new 'smart home' is wonderful - and the products/design/ideas that they provided are amazing and have exceeded expectations. Additionally, their customer service by all the staff has been exceptional. Responsive, courteous, friendly, patient - everything you could ask for.We had a very stressful rebuild of our house and were trying to manage so many different moving parts. I'd never had a smart home before so this was all new to me. Pro Media managed this exceptionally well for me, and helped provide some fantastic products (and I was a demanding customer who had lots of ideas, but had no idea how to implement!).They set up the AV, blinds, heating, smoke alarms, front door, smart doorbell, cameras, tonnes of programming (incl with my old analogue hi-fi), wi-fi security and coverage.. and everything is running smoothly.Thank you Pro Media - would recommend them to others in an instant!
