Full Home Renovation – Weybridge
This full renovation allowed us to ensure there was a suitable whole house infrastructure in place from the start. To do this we carried out the first fix cable installation and provided project consultation to the customer and trades throughout.
A complete Control4 centralised intelligent lighting system, for a total of 64 circuits, enabled us to keep switches on the wall to a minimum. In addition, a key aspect for this family home was to have strong Wi-Fi coverage throughout. For this we opted for Unifi On-wall access points to ensure each room is suitably covered.
A full 4k video distribution system gives each room the ability to watch the same or multiple sources at once with no wires or boxes on display at the TV, keeping each room looking neat and tidy.
The main kitchen area has a large TV hung flat to the wall with in-ceiling speakers providing immersive audio.
The property also boasts an external Hikvision CCTV system that can be accessed from anywhere in the world putting our clients’ mind at ease. Other features automated in this project also include heating, air conditioning and audio distribution.
With wireless motorised QMotion blinds in the bedrooms and living area to help keep the house secure whilst balancing the light and heat throughout the year, this is a wonderful example of a high tech home being made simple for the family that live in it.
