Security, Lighting & Wifi – Virginia Water
A newly built art studio separated from the main house where the owner had requested to have several automated aspects. Our first task was to ensure the building had an internet connection so a cable was run from the main house router underground to the art studio. Once we had this, we were able to complete the install of a robust Wi-Fi network.
Next on our agenda was installing Contro4 lighting system that was able to control all lighting including colour changing downlights, which are controllable through pre-set colour scenes or a custom colour wheel to support and enhance the client’s stunning art installations.
In addition to this we were able to integrate Velux motorised windows and blinds meaning they could be controlled from touchscreen, app or on automated schedules. Finally the project was completed with four HD security cameras for peace of mind.
Just wanted to say a quick thank you to Stephen and Toby for all their hard work in getting our Control4 system up and running smoothly. We are so pleased with how everything now looks so neat and tidy. Also, Stephen was very patient with me asking stupid questions!
