System AV & Network Overhaul – London
A client approached us, via recommendation, to undertake a complete overhaul of the Internal AV & Network system at their luxury Marble Arch Apartment. The current system had not worked correctly since installation 8 years ago!
As part of this project we:
* carried out a complete overhaul and tidy of the equipment in their rack
*installed a reliable Control4 home automation system.
*Upgraded the internal network with the latest hardware including testing, repair/renewal of all associated cables and data points.
* Created an enhanced media room & house audio experience via a high resolution multi room audio distribution and in-ceiling speaker solution.
One of the main challenges in this takeover was always going to be changing our customer's mind about integration. After years of poor functionality it was important for us to show what could really be achieved in terms of user experience - if the system is set up correctly.
Unnecessary waste and cost can always be an issue with every build, however we made great effort to re-use multiple existing pieces of their hardware to help reduce these.
At the end of this project, we provided our client with the functional and tidy system they had been yearning for all along.
With the installation of remote network monitoring software as well as our gold service plan, we can now proactively manage and repair the majority of potential issue - often before they are even known to the customer.
Just wanted to say a quick thank you to Stephen and Toby for all their hard work in getting our Control4 system up and running smoothly. We are so pleased with how everything now looks so neat and tidy. Also, Stephen was very patient with me asking stupid questions!
