  • I just wanted to take a quick moment to say a big thanks to your guys for working hard and helping me sort the lighting/etc out over the last 2 days. They even managed to fit the digital art canvas on the wall without any chasing! Much appreciated. The work has really added on some significant improvements to the C4 system from a user point of view - so we're really pleased with what we're now able to do and achieve with the automation having done this piece of work. There might a be few more bits and pieces to add in the future and we will continue to play around with the system in the interim…. But I'm really pleased with how it has gone - so just wanted to say a big thanks!

  • Great service, honest advice, nice people to do business with.

    I had serious problems with my in-house sound system just prior to the Christmas shutdown.
    I found Pro Media Solutions online and although they hadn't installed my system or dealt with me before, their customer service, help and knowledge were exemplary. A special mention for Sarah in the office and the engineer for firstly squeezing in a site visit in their very busy schedule (before the holidays), but also getting me up and running in time for the season's festivities (critical when you have a number of social gatherings organised).

    If that's not enough, their pricing was very reasonable and there was never any attempt to capitalise on my desperate situation by trying to sell me 'stuff' that may not have been totally necessary. Nice people, impartial and extensive knowledge, great service. Absolutely recommend.

  • I just had to tell you about what's just happened now - which is why I love having a smart home!...My small Dyson vacuum was due to be picked up today by a courier for a service repair. No-one is at home today, but I was expecting DPD to pick it up this morning - and I got the usual 1-hour notification window by text earlier. I was in a meeting at work when my phone alerted me that the doorbell had just rung. I spoke to the courier via the DoorStation intercom, and then opened the garage remotely and told him that the Dyson was just in front of him. He collected it, waved it in front of the camera so I could see, packaged it up, and went on his way. I then closed the garage door remotely. My work colleagues were so impressed!
