  • We had an AV problem and are current supplier was uncontactable over several days.

    We called Pro Media Solutions and received exceptional service from everyone we talked with.

    The person who answered our call was friendly and gave a good first impression of the company.

    The next person was similar and helpful.  She promised to get the right person to call us.

    That person was Toby who called within two hours and came to us the next day.

    He diagnosed and fixed the problem whilst also explaining what he was doing in a way that left us fully informed

    Like the previous people we had talked with he was friendly and also easy to understand.  No jargon! Just what we needed
