    I had serious problems with my in-house sound system just prior to the Christmas shutdown.
    I found Pro Media Solutions online and although they hadn't installed my system or dealt with me before, their customer service, help and knowledge were exemplary. A special mention for Sarah in the office and the engineer for firstly squeezing in a site visit in their very busy schedule (before the holidays), but also getting me up and running in time for the season's festivities (critical when you have a number of social gatherings organised).

    If that's not enough, their pricing was very reasonable and there was never any attempt to capitalise on my desperate situation by trying to sell me 'stuff' that may not have been totally necessary. Nice people, impartial and extensive knowledge, great service. Absolutely recommend.

  • Pro media solutions installed a Control4 home Automation system in my house. A little concerned at first about lack of communications but once they started they were absolutely amazing. The technicians were incredibly knowledgeable and comms were very efficient and professional. I was really worried about spending money on a system that I won’t end up using but their expertise made sure that we have a solution that we use and now that we got used to it would not do without. So much better than the Lutron etc type systems in my opinion due to its integration to almost everything we have in the house. Thanks guys, much appreciated!
