I am absolutely in love with the work that Pro Media has done for us. Our new 'smart home' is wonderful - and the products/design/ideas that they provided are amazing and have exceeded expectations. Additionally, their customer service by all the staff has been exceptional. Responsive, courteous, friendly, patient - everything you could ask for.

We had a very stressful rebuild of our house and were trying to manage so many different moving parts. I'd never had a smart home before so this was all new to me. Pro Media managed this exceptionally well for me, and helped provide some fantastic products (and I was a demanding customer who had lots of ideas, but had no idea how to implement!).

They set up the AV, blinds, heating, smoke alarms, front door, smart doorbell, cameras, tonnes of programming (incl with my old analogue hi-fi), wi-fi security and coverage.. and everything is running smoothly.
