We initially contacted Pro Media as we wanted a Cinema building in our new extension and were bewildered by pricing / quotes and advice from other firms and local audio shops. Toby immediately came to the rescue and not only put our minds at rest (that this was do-able within our budget) but was exceptionally responsive and supportive and had all the answers. An incredible comfort and a very different approach from many other firms out there. I think we got more out of Toby in one phone call than we did from an entire sales process with another firm!

We've since ended up with a fully SMART house and have got to know Toby and his team really well. Dealing with Pro is like dealing with a family business, everyone loves technology and wants to get you exactly what you want, or how you want it sounding, and they always find a solution.

The system has been in over a year and we've had no issues with it, and yet Toby and the team are always on hand to answer any questions or help us improve the system for how we use it.

I cannot rate them highly enough.

Great to have the guys back in today to get the updates done and new buttons, big difference with this new way to access the tech in the rooms much better....

Just wanted to say thank you for today. Adam was such a nice guy and more than willing to stay until my various issues were resolved. It's refreshing to actually deal with someone who knows what they're talking about for once! Please pass on my thanks to him.
