The install went really well. We were highly impressed... From the moment they arrived to when they left they were the epitome of professionalism and were at pains to ask the questions necessary to ensure that the resultant system met with our needs and expectations. Their work ethic was superb, working in a very organised manner and made sure that they left our house each day in a tidy state. Also, they were very mindful of the risks due to Covid and asked if we wanted the room in which they worked to be sprayed at the end of each day.
We could not be happier with the experience so far. Everyone that I have had contact with, has been a  great ambassador for the company.

When I contacted you originally, I was looking for a company that would communicate throughout the process and rebuild the confidence we had lost in our AV system due to experience of the previous supplier. I delighted to say that this has been achieved and I have recommended you to son and will do so to other people without hesitation.

Just wanted to say a quick thank you to Stephen and Toby for all their hard work in getting our Control4 system up and running smoothly. We are so pleased with how everything now looks so neat and tidy. Also, Stephen was very patient with me asking stupid questions!!

We initially contacted Pro Media as we wanted a Cinema building in our new extension and were bewildered by pricing / quotes and advice from other firms and local audio shops. Toby immediately came to the rescue and not only put our minds at rest (that this was do-able within our budget) but was exceptionally responsive and supportive and had all the answers. An incredible comfort and a very different approach from many other firms out there. I think we got more out of Toby in one phone call than we did from an entire sales process with another firm!

We've since ended up with a fully SMART house and have got to know Toby and his team really well. Dealing with Pro is like dealing with a family business, everyone loves technology and wants to get you exactly what you want, or how you want it sounding, and they always find a solution.

The system has been in over a year and we've had no issues with it, and yet Toby and the team are always on hand to answer any questions or help us improve the system for how we use it.

I cannot rate them highly enough.
