I can now control the lights, television and sound system with one remote control from my armchair! I am not great with technology but Pro Media Solutions made using my Control 4 system they installed very simple and user friendly. I received a very friendly but professional service and they were always at hand to help with any queries.

Great to have the guys back in today to get the updates done and new buttons, big difference with this new way to access the tech in the rooms much better....

I had serious problems with my in-house sound system just prior to the Christmas shutdown.
I found Pro Media Solutions online and although they hadn't installed my system or dealt with me before, their customer service, help and knowledge were exemplary. A special mention for  Sarah in the office and Stephen the engineer for firstly squeezing in a site visit in their very busy schedule (before the holidays), but also getting me up and running in time for the season's festivities (critical when you have a number of social gatherings organised).
If that's not enough, their pricing was very reasonable and there was never an attempt to capitalise on my desperate situation by trying to sell me 'stuff' that may not have been totally necessary.
Nice people, impartial and extensive knowledge, great service.
Absolutely recommend.
