The Clubhouse: Our Collaboration with Titan Garden Buildings

When Titan Garden Buildings set out to construct their flagship demo building in Ripley, Surrey, they envisioned a space that would push the boundaries of what a luxury garden room can deliver.

Partnering with Pro Media Solutions as their specialist AV and electrical integration partner, the brief was straightforward: transform a substantial multi-zone log cabin into a high-spec, intelligent show space known as The Clubhouse.

This stunning showcase proves how cutting-edge smart home automation, bespoke home cinema engineering, multi-room audio, and enterprise-grade networking can elevate an outbuilding into the ultimate all-in-one entertainment retreat.

  • Integrated Security: High-definition internal and external CCTV cameras continuously protect the cabin and its perimeter. Live camera feeds are accessible directly through the Control4 interface, touchscreens, and mobile devices.
  • Enterprise Wi-Fi & Infrastructure: Timber outbuildings present unique wireless attenuation challenges. Pro Media Solutions installed a dedicated hardwired data network and discrete high-throughput wireless access points to deliver uninterrupted streaming, low-latency control, and dependable coverage across all internal zones and the external patio.

Integrated Control4 Automation & Intelligent Lighting

Rather than managing disjointed apps or separate wall switches, the entire facility operates on a unified Control4 smart home automation backbone. A wall-mounted Control4 touch screen and handheld remotes provide instant, intuitive control over every subsystem.

  • Multi-Room Audio Matrix: Every zone—games room, media room, kitchen/bar, bathroom, and outdoor deck—can be grouped for synchronised whole-cabin playback or operated as independent audio streams simultaneously.
  • RGBW & Architectural Scene Setting: High-CRI track spotlights, ceiling profiles, under-seat plinth lighting, and perimeter RGBW strips integrate seamlessly into Control4 keypads. One-touch lighting scenes instantly transition the environment from daytime workspace lighting to low-glare cinema mode or dynamic evening entertaining presets.

Four Tailored Zones Under One Roof

The Clubhouse is structured into four distinct environments, expertly engineered for social gatherings, dedicated media playback, and everyday convenience.

  • The Games Room: Serving as the social entry point of the cabin, this zone features a slate pool table, an illuminated dartboard surround, and flush in-ceiling architectural speakers. Track lighting and perimeter linear LEDs highlight the rustic timber walls while maintaining comfortable ambient illumination for a game.
  • The Immersive 5.1 Media Room: Fitted with plush reclining cinema seating, this zone centres around a custom acoustic media wall. Vertical acoustic wood slats and acoustically transparent black fabric conceal the front left, centre, and right speakers. Integrated warm-white vertical LED channels frame the display, ensuring reference-level surround sound without visible speaker grilles or clutter.
  • The Kitchen & Bar Area: Opening out via bi-fold doors to an expansive timber deck, this indoor-outdoor entertaining zone links the interior bar to weather-resistant outdoor speakers, maintaining continuous audio coverage across the terrace.
  • The Bathroom: Finished to high residential standards and equipped with an IP-rated discreet ceiling speaker, extending unified multi-room audio coverage throughout every corner of the structure.
